Authorship and passage of HB 1336 to compensate Velasco Drainage District supervisors at a level that is commensurate with their increased work hours and duties of ensuring compliance with new federal levee regulations
Authorship of HB 3052 (amended to HB 1915, as passed) to enable Surfside and Quintana to receive a percentage of Hotel Occupancy Tax revenue for beach maintenance and renourishment
